Nearly 200 NEAR members and friends gathered at the Four Oaks Country Club in Dracut on December 15th to induct Neily Soto of Century 21 North East in Salem, NH as the association’s 2023 president. Neily has been a member of the REALTOR® association since 2002 and has since held many leadership positions within the Association, including president-elect, first vice president, and a member and chairperson of several NEAR committees and task forces. The election took place at NEAR’s Annual Meeting in October. Others elected to serve as part of NEAR’s 2023 Leadership team and members of the Board of Directors include: 

• President-elect Frances Markel of Keller Williams Merrimack Valley in Westford;
• First Vice President Brandon Sweeney of RE/MAX Insight in Dracut; and
• Secretary-Treasurer Colleen Murphy of Barrett Sotheby's International in Westford.
