Over 140 NEAR members and friends gathered at the Vesper Country Club in Tyngsborough on December 6th to induct Frances Markel of Keller Williams Merrimack Valley as the association’s 2024 president. Frances has been a member of the REALTOR® association since 2002 and has since held many leadership positions within the Association, including president-elect, first vice president, and a member of several NEAR committees and task forces. The election took place at NEAR’s Annual Meeting in October. Others elected to serve as part of NEAR’s 2024 Leadership team and members of the Board of Directors include: 

• President-elect Brandon Sweeney of Keller Williams Success in Andover;
• First Vice President Tracy Callahan of Coldwell Banker Realty in Westford; and
• Secretary-Treasurer Shannon Forsythe of Century 21 Your Way in Chelmsford.
