Any real estate professional can get sued. Even with the most careful preparation and procedure, a disgruntled client, the mistakes of other professionals or a change in the wind can and do result in lawsuits. E&O claims are won or lost depending on what the agent did before, during and after any professional service was provided. We will take a look at 10 common actions, or lack thereof, that result in agent liability and lost claims, and how to minimize that possibility.
