Architecture (MA: RE14R07/NH:E007)Learn the various house styles from 1620 to now! After this class, you will know how to identify the differences between Post Medieval, Georgian, Federal, Greek Revival, Victorians, and Moderns. This class is packed with samples of hundreds of details and styles. This class will help you be more knowledgeable for your buyers and can help jazz up your listings!

Selling Historical Homes (MA: RE15R07/NH: E006) Learn the history, rules, laws, and regulations relative to historic preservation acts. Gain a better understanding of typcial insect damage found in older homes as well as other issues such as asbestos, vermiculite, old slate, and knob and tubing wires. Learn how to avoid liabilities and being held accountable for misrepresentations. Lots of photos and diagrams!

Lead Paint (MA: RE20R13/NH: E1775) Learn how to fill out the lead paint disclosure forms as well as the basics of the RRP laws and the history of lead, the fines for not complying with the disclosure laws, the difference between deleaded and lead compliant house. The fines for REALTOR® non-compliance can be $11,000 per violation!
