Why and how do communities decide to keep raising property taxes every year? What do we say when a client receives a letter about a lien for unpaid, outstanding taxes on their property from town hall? Why do lenders want to know the annual taxes on a property that is being financed? Realtors provide professional service and guidance to clients through many ancillary processes related to transactions, including discussions on property assessments, valuation and taxation and referring clients to tax and financial experts. This CE course focuses on the human component of how realtors communicate complex and, sometimes overwhelming, economic concepts and legal requirements that affect our cllient's decision making in a transaction and their current, and future property values.

Understanding the basics of how to respond to what information may be pertinent to the client's needs, where to get, or refer the client to get, the information, and how to keep up with changes in economic factors that affect our clients' investments and assets in real estate, brings top-level professional service to our clients.

According to MA Licensing Regulations, you must be present for the entire two hours to earn credit. Please log into the webinar early to ensure you are able to get in. In order to remain your Massachusetts Real Estate License, you are required to take 12 hours of Continuing Education credits every 2 years.
